Name4. The development hereby permitted shall not be occupied until such time as the parking and turning facilities have been implemented in accordance with Proposed Site Plan drawing number 171362-PL02 Rev A. Thereafter the onsite parking provision shall be so maintained in perpetuity.5. The development hereby permitted shall not be occupied until such time as the indicated cycle parking facilities shown on drawing number 171362-PL02 rev A received by the local planning authority on 27th April 2020 have been provided and made available for use. Thereafter the cycle parking shall be maintained and kept available for use.7. The landscaping scheme shall be fully completed, in accordance with the details agreed under the terms of the above condition, in the first planting and seeding seasons following the first occupation of any part of the development or in accordance with a programme previously agreed in writing by the local planning authority. Any trees removed, dying, being severely damaged or becoming seriously diseased, within 10 years of planting shall be replaced in the following planting season by trees of a size and species similar to those originally required to be planted.9. The ground floor windows in the southern and northern elevations shall be glazed with obscure glass to a Pilkington Privacy level of 4 or above (or equivalent) which shall thereafter be retained at all times. No changes shall be made to these windows nor shall any additional windows be inserted in these elevations thereafter.11. There shall be no amplified music played within the premises between the hours of 2230 and 0800 on any day of the week with the exception of a formal church service on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
